WEBSITETOON has three offices: one in Richmond Hill (inside Times Square), Mississauga, and in Vaughan/Woodbridge (our academy). Unlike other agencies, we invest for the long-term. We proudly own all three offices.

Our Head Instructor
Justin Merced is a distinguished entrepreneur from Richmond Hill, in the Greater Toronto Area, and the founder of WEBSITETOON, which he has grown exponentially. His impressive client list includes Walmart Health Clinics, Reader’s Digest, Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, SunLife, and Telus. Justin holds an EMBA from the University of Fredericton and has completed specialized studies in AI and Machine Learning from MIT, focusing on building innovative data science solutions.
Beyond his business achievements, Justin is deeply committed to community involvement. He serves on the York Regional Police Chief Advisory Committee, where he actively promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, he is part of the Professional Advisory Council for Seneca College. An esteemed speaker and educator, Justin regularly shares his expertise on digital adoption and business growth at trade centers, business associations, accelerators, colleges, and executive certificate programs.
